Anna Paquin's outfit is so perfect to me! It is glamorous but very rock n' roll, and the tough shoes dress it down nicely! Maggie Gylenhaal looked pretty in her feminine peach dress and January Jones was tres chic in Lanvin (especially the headband). However I felt like I'd seen Gylenhaal's dress before, and January Jones looked like she should be at the Costume Institute Gala and not the Golden Globes. Marion Cotillard (one of my favorite actresses) is quite loyal to John Galliano isn't she? I hate to diss her, but I really didn't like the dress she chose. The choppy shape looked heavy in such a rich color. It also seemed akwardly fitted up top. Even though I consider myself a huge fan of Dior, I miss Marion's other choices. (Remember when she won her Acadamey Award..or at the Golden Globes last year?) Where did the Chanel Haute Couture go?! On that note I was quite dissapointed with the very safe choices of our starlets on the carpet the other evening.
